Rainy Leogate Estate Wedding

It was a rainy wedding day at Leogate but this elegant venue was gorgeous anyway. Penny and Graeme were lovely and had smilies beaming all day.

Penny prepared for the big day at her home surrounded by all her family. I loved the gorgeous deep blue wallpaper in the bedroom! Shimmery light on the amazing blue made for a fab background.

The rain pushed the ceremony to inside but there was a lovely room at Leogate Estae. It was fantastic as a wet weather backup, light filled and plenty of space to move around in. After some family photos under the verandas we ventured out for a quick walk in the weather. There was some lovely blossom trees and grape vines in the distance. We had a quick peak in the barrel room too!

Reception dinner was a 7 course degustation menu with matching wines! Amazing food! (I was lucky enough to sample a few of the courses). And how fantastic is that Cheese Tower Cake??
