Beautiful Awaba House Wedding

Simple and sweet ceremony under a beautiful big tree. The looks these two gave each other all day were just beautiful. So much love in the air!!

It was a steamy day with storms on the horizon. Natai spent the morning prepping with her family by the Lake at Killaben Bay. Sam and young Brett suited up together at home and then went cruising in a sweet sports car. I met the boys at the lake and got a spin in the car too!

Awaba House at Lake Macquarie was the perfect spot for this wedding! That huge tree overlooking the lake is so pretty, an amazing spot for a wedding ceremony. Monty King presided over the fun, intimate celebration. With their super sweet vows and some crazy winds blowing around, the ceremony was one to remember.

Bits of rain hung around while we did some fun family shots. Then Sam and Tai had the camera to themselves! We walked to the fence line and found some long grass and a row of trees to take photos under. Then to the lake for some portraits of the two of them.

The reception was a casual affair with delicious bites to eat overlooking Lake Macquarie. A few drinks, some dancing and lots of smilies!
