I have put together this Style guide to help you with your Hunter Valley photo session. It is hard to know where to start on deciding what to wear, so I hope this will help push you in the right direction.
Choosing simple and co ordinating clothing is key in a family portrait. Too many different colours and patterns will cause clutter and will distract away from your faces. Choose a few colours with similar tones for your group that sit nicely together. Then find clothes within that palette! You can use something from your wardrobe or head out for shopping trip with your colour palette in mind.
Find comfortable and well fitting outfits that you can move in. There might be sitting or skipping or ring-a-rosies involved at your session!
There are some really fabulous local boutiques that would be a great start to finding the perfect outfit for you and your children.
