Gorgeous Beach Maternity Session
This gorgeous mum to be really wanted a beach Maternity session! And what better place to do it for the soft sand, blue skies and constant swirly of the crashing waves.
As a photographer, I have had the privilege of capturing many photo sessions on the beach, and each one is unique and special in its own way. I loved the beautiful flowing dresses this Mumma chose to accentuate her growing bump. They were perfect and softly suited the beach backdrop.
We met in the afternoon when the sun was bright and skies so blue! Soft and warm, which was perfect for creating a dreamy and romantic atmosphere. There were a few people still around enjoying the beach so we headed to the less populated end of Bar Beach near the rocks and started the session.
I loved photographing this soon to be Mum, she owned her gorgeous figure and looks so strong and confident awaiting her new baby. The softness of her white dress complementing the natural surroundings. Then she changed into the lovely pink toned dress for a different look against the sea and beach cliffs.
Dad to be was a little more reluctant to be in the photos but he managed a few and I’m sure they will be glad to have these images of them together before they became a family of three. It was nice to have them interact with each other in a natural and playful way!
