Rainy Port Stephens Wedding

So much pretty here to show you all!!

Erin and her bridesmaids had a fun morning with preparations at The Anchorage Corlette. There were many beautiful details to photograph in that gorgeous room. The girls all were full of fab poses and plenty of laughs! The sweetest moment happen when Erin read out a letter Rob had left for her. (Tears all round)

The boys prepped at Rob and Erin’s place in East Maitland with the pugs. With big laughs and big shoes all around I think Ellen had quite the rowdy bunch to photograph!! (Thanks Ellen!)

With rain (and tides) threatening on the beach, Erin and Rob married in front of their nearest and dearest at Shaol Bay. Lots of heartfelt moments within to bring on the tears from guests. With flower petals all over them they made an exit from the beach with infectious smilies. The rain eventually did fall, straight after the ceremony! So there was plenty of scrambling for shelter and hiding out in the limo.

Quite a bit of rain followed and we waited it out in the Tomeree cark park. After a few showers we went back out on the beach for bridal party fun. Ellen and I captured the gorgeous ladies and some crazy guys while they frolicked on the beach! Next stop was the headland at Fingal Bay. It was so windy up there but Erin’s veil was loving it!

We were hoping for a sunset but the even grey skies looked beautiful amongst the boats back at Soldiers Point. The reception was held at The Point Restaurant. There was great food, a few love filled speeches, and fun filled dance floor.
