Sunset Engagement Portraits Maitland
I met these two a just before their engagement party last month, and I’m so happy with these sunset Engagement Portraits Maitland turned out. The party was at a beautiful block of land on Oakhampton Lagoon, not far from Walka Water Works. The property was beautifully glowing on that Winter afternoon, and the perfect spot for a walk with their dog.
Long grass and glowy light are my favourite! That warm glow was just spot on. The pupper was so well behaved and obedient, such a dream to work with. I love the shots of him playing with the couple, jumping along with the dam in the background! Also the silhouettes with him looking up at the couple just shows how good a dog he is, how he sat patiently waiting for his parents, with his head up and so wonderfully still.
There is a beautiful full moon rising over the lagoon in the last few shots, and an amazing pink light. I left this lovely couple to party with their family and friends and watch the sun go down. The marquee was all set up with a bonfire ready to light close by, I’m sure it would have been a fun night of partying.
